Welcome. I'm Professor Harriet Hawkins, founding
Co-Director of the Centre for GeoHumanities at Royal Holloway, University of London and, from January 2021, Director of the Technē AHRC Doctoral Training Partnership.
My research focuses on the intersections of geography, art, creativity, aesthetics, and the imagination.
I explore how creative practices can contribute to critical contemporary issues - such as the current and future use of underground spaces, and engagements with climate change.
